Personal networks and word of mouth are still my faves. I also like using social networks as an adjunct in researching organizations, while being mindful of the legitimacy of the facebook / twitter groups available . I often wonder if these groups are actually associated with the organization or simply concocted by a stranger or disgruntled former employee?
