If you can&#039;t do it, get a volunteer to take them to lunch.  The hiring process is expensive, don&#039;t waste that investment.  Great Post!]]></description>

It gets easier with practice and you&#039;re right, with a better and more positive outlook, any negative people will fall away from your circle. People just need to remember to turn those negative thoughts into positive ones somehow - either by seeing the good in a situation or just asking themselves what is this thought doing for me now? The hardest part in staying on track with it is that there are so many who are willing to sabotage that attitude with their negativity. The more positive you get, the more those negative people start to fall away from your circle. But that&#039;s good as perhaps those were the few you needed to lose as they were pulling you down with them... It&#039;s sad when others don&#039;t share in your successes.
